development of the genre, and they are all
seen here in archival footage and recent
interviews. Featuring a plethora of vintage
live performances and great documentary
footage of Brazil then and now, this doc
is a must see for fans of the Tropicallia
genre.

on this disc is a collection of SomPop shows made
for Brazilian TV in the late 60's and early 70's,
featuring live performances from the who's who of
Tropicallia, including Os Mutantes, Caetano Veloso,
Jorge Ben and many more.
